I got lucky today. The PTA that I was to get wasn't the one I got.
I got one I used to get a lot. One I really like. I had a great session.

I should probably explain about the taping. Right now we are trying
to make my right knee come back into the shape and tightness if that
makes sense its supposed to be. Its not near as safe as the left knee.
Its very off. So we are using the tape to tighten it.

i am then doing exercises my therapist gave me. But I think I'm going
to be alternating a couple with one's Susan started today because they
are for the tightness in my leg muscles that I need worse right now.
I know my favorite therapist will be okay with this. She will understand
that if the ones she gave me, are hard and hurt that getting the stretch
in and the tightness under control is needed first.

So I also learned that the bending I'm trying to do which wont let me keep my feet down on the ground isn't going to be bad. I knew it wasn't what the directions were for. But she said, until I can do it the right way I just do it the safe way for now.

This is why I love this center, they believe in safety.

Wow, I didn't get on since Friday I don't think. But I guess Derrick got job offer's at all three locations in Muncie but of course thankfully he wanted to come home. But they offered to help in anyway they could. The general
manager especially of Scotty's Brewery said, he would call the one in West Lafayette and help as much as he could. His graduation was fantastic,
and the speech was fantastic, to me it was the best. But I could be partial.
But he has improved a lot. We got a surprise one of his friends that wrote a reference came to graduation, The lady in charge of Best Buddies, and does the Bus program for Special needs. It was neat. Also a couple other people specifically from came from Muncie for him. So it was neat.

His dog Dobey has not much left his side. He is so happy to see him.

Prayer request, Yes it is going to sound trivial but I am so tired of this
weather. Its snowing on the 9th of April here. Its cold then warmer,
then cold then snowing, then nicer then who knows what. Wow, I need
it to straighten out. I am getting worried its going to snow the whole
month of April then who knows what May will bring. Let alone we had
tornadoes also.

It has been crazy for the eastern states, and midwest.
It has been cooler than normal for us here in louisiana.
40-50's at night 60-70's during the day.

I wore long underwear last night then Had to rip them off when I had a hot flash.
