I'm really glad that he is willing to go for psych treatment, Donna. I hope that he stays, and they can help him

I've never heard of an inpatient place that won't accept suicidal patients... If he does show signs that he may be a threat to himself or others, I'm sure that the facility he's at will try to help transfer him to a place that will accept him

Kay
This one does accept those kind of patients. I've got a feeling the other one is now mainly for addiction. They either wouldn't accept him, or the doctor at the hospital he was at chose this one instead. Either way this is the one if
I had remembered it was there. And known without insurance going in that he could get into I would have chosen for him myself honestly.

I've heard nothing but good about it. I'm honestly glad he is here myself.
My husband went to eat dinner with him last night. It was the night
each week you can eat with your family members up to two. I was just too
tired and other things.

It seems they are going to take him to his probation appointment on Wednesday. Now this is interesting, I know the other place wouldn't have.

So we will see, if by any chance he can get his court ordered issues transferred to here maybe. This would technically be much better for him in all instances.

I'm so glad to hear that he is in a good place, Donna. It must be a big relief for you after having to worry about him being in jail and not getting the help he needs for so long

I went to breakfast with Dale, then to PT. Then on way to get Derrick,
my phone rang. I was getting ready to call him.

Well he was all excited, and he got a job, He is going to host or head of
house at Scott's Brewhouse. He is training on Wednesday. It sounds
like the manager talked to lots of people at Purdue. And got lots of
information on him. And knew him well. He knew that he didn't want
to hide him in the back of the restaurant till there was a cook position
open.

So he is excited. And will also get to do the catering position also.

I sent what you wrote to two of my closest friends. Do you have deep faith and is that why you don't fight thing but have acceptance and do what you can do? and leave the rest to God?
