So true. The changes they made to the rules are so minimal -- might not
make a difference at all. I think I read that next year there could be a second set of rules that make more of a difference --- not sure.


I only watch sports once a year -- during the World Series and
I often watch only about half of those games.


(Otherwise I really do not have the patience for the stuff around sports
. . . such as some of the announcers and the stuff tv does for the local fans, . . . . . ).
