I have been through a TON of PT, and have told them "NO" plenty of times. I've also never made it through the full program a couple of times because I either wasn't able to tolerate things and/or I was so slow that I couldn't get everything done.
I realize my limits and they have to repeat them. I'm glad that you just worked with putty and she is paying attention to your hands |
