Default I think i have to change

richard came late as usual and apologized. he was about 20 minutes late. He is always late/ then as usual he asked to use the bathroom for about 5 minutes as usual. this time he left the toilet seat up. I never hear him flush the toilet. then he has me do the same exercises which take 10 minutes including breaks.today he forgot to take my vital signs and i reminded him. i don't think i can do more and i don't see progress. then vanessa said she did little work. she did do the laundry and made a mushroom thingie.
