Default I think i have to change

richard came late as usual and apologized. he was about 20 minutes late. He is always late/ then as usual he asked to use the bathroom for about 5 minutes as usual. this time he left the toilet seat up. I never hear him flush the toilet. then he has me do the same exercises which take 10 minutes including breaks.today he forgot to take my vital signs and i reminded him. i don't think i can do more and i don't see progress. then vanessa said she did little work. she did do the laundry and made a mushroom thingie.

That stinks. I was hoping he was going to work out for you.

You could call the group that sends him and ask for someone else.

Sometimes it takes a while to work yourself up to a point where you can push past where you are at, and sometimes it's just getting used to maintenance/regular exercise that's important....

But he hasn't been coming for long enough for either of you to know which point you are at yet. You were very weak, and it's important that he is gentle at the outset. I think you should give both of you a chance

If he comes late he should then be staying late.
