Probably the back and the exercises that might help irritate the area are the same from the fall. Its like yesterday I took a fall coming in because my area at the door is was very slippery. And now I have a hip and top of leg really sore. The other one isn't so bad. But I know how it happened. And the only change I can make to the area is to make sure the little rug is at the top close to were I walk in. I am really sore today, but will survive. I have to work on getting up from the floor, its a no brainer. But I'm not sure I want to start till after surgery. Because I can't lift or do anything with the left arm till after about a week or longer. Heating pad, right on that area is a must a few times a day. Donna |

oh rats do you have a full plate. what kind of rug? what happens when it gets
wet? it is so hard to be careful when you have so much to focus on. what kind of shoes do you wear? do they grip? I bought a bath mat but then gave it to marcia. I take baths and I thought it was more dangerous with the bath mat. take care and feel better bobby |
