thanks a lot. today was a good day - i had brussel sprouts, a little turkey and I read most of the day, Since the stroke the reading is slower/

Thank you for your posts, Mari.

I don't think that a therapist should be responding to a compulsive behavior like overeating with medical-related scare tactics. A therapist should support, not scare. I think that she could have come up with better input, especially because she knows you have a significant anxiety disorder.
