I mentioned to him that my mother said that the state could take care of me and that my sister was jealous that I went to pick up my father when he was drunk and my sister was left home safe. He triggered me when he said all parents are critical. I told him that my former psychiatrist said I would be a lot better if not for my parents . I also mentioned how I loved God and how good God was to me. He is the youngest nephew. None of them visited me after the stroke. I guess I wanted either to disturb him or have a a real relationship with him.

Maybe your heart and your head are in conflict about him.

it is as if I am tired of pretending that everything is fine and dandy. I forgot if i wrote that none of them visited me after I had my stroke. I guess I am tired of crumbs. i feel pain rather than feeling grateful that i have contact with them.maybe you are right.

I didn't hear from my older nephew. I really got depressed but expected it. I think I need them out of my lives. I tried to feel compassion for them finally.

I wrote another letter to my youngest nephew and told him the few memories I had of him when he was little about having an ant as a friend and running into the street and wanting to be run over and their thinking he was retarded. I told that he showed them because now he is a well regarded financial analyst.
I am bipolar and that is me.

I think it would probably be better if they were not in your life anymore...

Wow. I remember the whole thing though not with the ants. Don’t remember ants. Lots of love. Family isn’t perfect but everyone has craziness and hopefully love. It’s what builds us.
