I don't know what I would do without her. tonite I went out with cecilia and took the old walker for the first time. It was a nightmare. I couldn't control it. I am so handicapped. Cecilia said that from now on we will order in. I seem to have gotten worse from p.t. I don't do most of the exercises. My legs and back hurt.I don't have the strength. I will keep on trying. I sort of feel hopeless. I can get around in my apartment and downstairs but now I am scared of my getting to one of my doctor's appointments

A young, healthy, average-sized cat can jump about six times their length or over eight feet in a single bound thanks to powerful muscles in their back legs (see illustration). Note the use of his tail for balance. It's no wonder table and counter tops are a breeze for most cats to jump on.

that article mentioned that most cats don't get hurt when they fall from heights. they are brought in after the falls and not tested lol
