I am not as depressed or anxious lately because I seem to be focusing on the stroke and its aftermath like learning how to walk and having some cognitive difficulties. right now i feel as if i am getting worse, I am so appreciative of all the help I have been getting. It has never in my life been like this before

thank you but I don't think so.. I think I am out of control. I watched the patriots with cecilia yesterday. brady won. he said he might want to play til he is 45 cecilia gave me a charcoal drink that was tasty. she said it was good for the stomach.she didn't go away. she said she can't breathe in this frigid temperature because of her prothesis. Then I went home and tried to fall asleep before seven. I had no energy what so ever. at 12 the fireworks woke me up. i didn;t take all my pills and felt slightly crazy. Abby slept with me.

I just ordered a b complex. I forgot to check if it has b1 which is supposed to be good for energy. still buying sweaters. I am very down

When is your charcoal due in? Are you taking it for an upset stomach/GI tract? or for weight loss?
