Her job is to clean for you!!! Not lecture you, or make demands upon you! I do not like some of the comments she has made to you. She has boundary issues.
I can't believe she left the oven on... I hope that it wasn't a very nice pan. If it is, it's stainless steel, and SOS pads won't work, you can try to clean it with oven cleaner. If you decide to keep her on, keep the pan as it is in a trash bag and leave it for her to clean until she comes again! You can call the office and let them know about the demands she is making and ask them to send someone else to avoid any confrontation with her, and hopefully they can find someone who is a better fit for you

Yes I am with kay this morning.
I agree. You should not have to do this. She wasted your food and ruined a pan. AND she is making judgement calls about your private space. grr.!!!! bizi

I called the doorman and asked him what to do with it. He said put it in the compactor room on the floor and not down the shute. I will tel her. I don''t have another one.

I will ask vanessa if she wants to quit, if she doesn't then she has to follow the rules. she shouldn't expect me to help her. I am always tired

I think i will call vanessa's supervisor on tuesday and say I don't want her anymore. she won't change. I have been kind and generous to her.

It is very difficult but I think it revealed a long standing problem I have of magical thinking. I think she is going to be shocked. I let her get away with way too much
