I like salmon because it has Omega 3 and because it is a rather small fish compared to tuna and thus has low mercury. M |

I didn't know that. Jet sells it cheap so I just ordered three frozen wild pieces and then I ordered three wild cans and I hope she makes croquettes. I hope I develop more of a taste for it. I have omega three pills but can't get myself to take them, I can't wait to get the activated charcoal to see if that helps my stomach and stops my appetite. I can't stop with the coffee/
It is really snowing out. I wonder if my p.t. is going to cancel. |

I may have to get rid of vanessa. It isn't working out. twice she told told me she wants the place to look the way she left it when she comes back. twice she said my feet were dirty. I told her the floor was dirty. The p.t. was over when she was here. she wound up stopping everything and entering the conversation and talking about serena for five minutes, she made salmon and left it in the pan and left the oven on. I turned the oven off at 3:30 a.m. she didn't put the remaining salmon in the refrigerator and I am going to have to thrown it out. I don't know how I will clean the pan. Ihate confrontation
