2-14 thru 3-12 AF (27 days) 3-12 AF strong urges, tred mill 6.5 incline, 2 miles, 40 min, 316 calories  Because of the incline I burned more calories over a shorter amount of time and was starting to sweat! yes!!!! I usually don't sweat while just walking on ground zero. I think I will keep up with the incline to get a better work out in a shorter amount of time. I listen to baking wars to keep interested and not bored. I hold on because my balance is not hot. bizi

Wanted to stop and have a couple of beers today on my way home from work and instead drank about 4 cups of flavored water. I was full! It worked. Happy to say that. bizi

My goal for today was to drink a gallon of water. I drank more than that counting the 3 cups of coffee then I will have water with dinner and water with night meds. total fluids for day=22 cups! Ate 2 pieces of left over pizza and snacked on some almonds. talapia tonight jeff is cooking, cabbage soup from sandras and left over brocolli crunch from whole foods. Half of an avocado, and 2 thin mints cookies, probably have popcorn while watching seinfeld. I saw 5 clients today. Went to the gym and walked on tred mill at an incline most of the way, 322 calories, 2 miles, 40 minutes. Then went to sallys to pick up more polish for work. It was a great day! bizi

I drank another gallon of water and had 3 cups of coffee and will have a la croix, veggie soup with dinner then another cup with night meds so that brings it up 22 cups for the day.
Before dinner I snacked on almonds and cheese, pork chop and now I am stuffed! But not too stuffed to have a thin mint cookie for dessert! Then later some pop corn with jeff for seinfeld. Really had some urges this evening on my way home from work but drank a bunch of water again and that did the trick. Jeff went for a walk, too cold for my liking, windy. He went with out me. I am cold natured even though I grew up in northern Indiana.... I would much rather live in the heat vs. living in the cold. But I don't have to work out doors either. My air conditioner is not working at 100%, Maybe I should have it looked at before summer comes around. bizi

5 clients 2 days in a row is a lot for you, Bizi
Do you have the whole weekend to yourself, or are you working on Saturday again? That was an awesome trip to the gym! I'm so glad you had a good day! I know you feel like your weight loss has been slow, but if you continue to drink that amount of water, I think your body will adjust and you will start to lose weight more quickly. It seems like you are getting enough electrolytes from your diet, so you won't be washing yourself out. |
