I hope you can shoot for when Jeff gets back. It happens to be my 60th birthday. So that would to me be a great day. And yes, Indy was an mess yesterday from the pictures. We got the snow too. Not exactly sure how much we got. Its still here some. Trying to decide how to drive to Terre Haute tomorrow. Donna

I don't think the intermittent fasting is a bad idea. If I remember correctly, you lost weight when you did it before. I wouldn't recommend missing two meals tho. I have gained weight back when I have done that.
I think it's great that you are still going to the gym and are working hard there! 40 days AF is something to be really proud of!  If you feel good AF right now, and you know that your friend has given it up for lent and will be letting loose since lent will be over, it's probably going to be very tempting to not to drink if you go to that party I'm glad that you have such a good therapist who you have good chemistry with, and I'm happy that she lets you take the lead and talk about what you want to in your sessions

I think I will go and just bring non alcoholic drinks like oduols or sharp if I can find it. And some of my zenia(fizzy drinks sweetened with stevia.)_
I like the ginger root beer. I can always leave early too. I have been having hot flashes pretty regularly. This is why I got up so early today. sigh When will they stop? bizi
