I'm so sorry that you have to do early appointments for such a long stretch!!! That stinks
 I bet you DO have arthritis in your feet from squatting down over all these years. New shoes are worth the investment If those suction cups are bothering your feet, you can buy the non-slip stickers for the tub instead of a mat. I know they sell them at BBB, but you can probably buy them at Walmart, Target, etc. too. I hope that Jeff will rub your feet more often I hope that you can find a way to rest or nap when you get home from work so that this schedule doesn't take too much of a toll on you

thank you kay, I was thinking about a nap yesterday, but I was afraid it would interfere with my sleeping last night.
up again at 7am....did not sleep well, restless legs again. I wonder if this is some sort side effect from 2 APs on board? I have red areas, very small ones on my nose. I think I will get them checked out by a dermatologist. have a good day yall! bizi

I can get a really nasty parathesia-like thing that I'm sure is from all the Seroquel I take if I don't go to bed right after taking my night meds. It's f- miserable, and really hard to keep my leg still when it happens...
It's entirely possible that you're having worse restless leg problems from taking one or both of the 2 AP's you're taking. I think side effects like that are listed for most of those meds
