From my experience taking both, Xanax helped much better with my social anxiety, but the Klonopin does help, too. I think I may ask my pdoc about switching back to regular Xanax because my anxiety is higher in the morning and I cannot take enough Klonopin to control it and still drive. I think I may have built up a tolerance. IDK. |

I'm so sorry to hear that Doris is going through such a difficult time. From everything you have said about her, she sounds like such a nice person. I'm glad that you are there to support her
 It sounds like the art walk was quite the spectacle! I'm glad you enjoyed it  You may be more sore because you have restarted some of your exercises. Maybe you should try reducing the number of reps you are doing for now. Getting rid of some of those sauces and dressings was a good idea. They can be tempting... Congratulations on your 4 AF days!

I missed my stretches last night will try again this morning. slept great. The scale is up a pound and a half to 176.9. scale is going to do that. our alfredo dish had a lot of salt in it. happy sunday to you. ((((HUGS)))) bizi

Alfredo sauce does have a lot of salt in it, Bizi. I know you drink a ton of water, so that weight you gained should come right back off
