I went to a doctor one time and read his mouth gaurd thing and asked about it. He wanted to talk about sleep apnea. I said I don't have that. I just snore. He said he could not guaranty that I would stop snoring. And I would have gladly spent the $500 for it.

I was so disappointed.

I tempted fates today after work. I stopped by the local grocery store and bought a big bottle of captain morgans spiced rum.
Brought it home and stared at it. took out the shot glass and figured the calories for 1 1/2 ounce a normal drink would be 86 calories as stated on the back of the bottle. I would mix it with zevia carbonated pop. Cream soda is good as is ginger root beer. I also have black cherry.
I think I will try the cream soda one first......
But not today!!!! I want to get to the gym and walk on the tred mill again and hit the stair master. That will be after dinner. so I survived a big craving and am proud of myself.

no drinks until friday.

I'm proud of you too bizi. I'm sure that your decision to not give in to your temptation was rather difficult. Keep up the good work and you can reward yourself in a couple of days.

The doctor my friend used was an dentist for this guard thing.

Not sure what its called. Maybe talk to them about it.

great lunch: triple tail fish with tuscan sauce on top which was delicious!
side of ceasar salad and green beans and bok choy smother with onions.

12 almonds for snack

dinner: tilapia lemon pepper, kale with hot chili red pepper sauce that was very spicy.
brighten up the kale. nice kick to it.
snacked on some zero net carb ice desert, it was fair and called wink 100 calories for the whole pint mostly ice with some stevia to sweeten it and other ingredients.
a fudge pop-2 carbs and a truffle for 3 carbs.
I had 2 cups of coffee for breakfast with half and half.I may not drink anything this friday
Will see how i feel.

I went to the gym tonight and walked on the tred mill for 5 miles in100minutes and made it 6.5 minutes on the stair master.
home by 930 to see seinfeld which was funny. I have been using the heating neck pillow on my lower back. when i am finished watching tv, I get ready for bed and leave the heated pillow on the couch and hattie has discovered it and it laying on it.
I wook my meds and am typing poorly so it is time to go to bed.

I have to tell you, I got a good laugh after the slight confusion over the
wook meds, thinking how the heck did you wook your meds.

Heehee, Now we have a new way to take our meds.

We can Wook them.

Okay, can you guys tell I'm crazy today, that is just my sense of humor.
Which doesn't show very often, so thanks for the laugh.

Weighed 176.3 this morning so happy about that. I think it is water weight but I will take it. It is amazing how much the numbers change after a couple of weeks of partying. I was up to 187 and panicked. Have been following a fairly low carb diet for a week and the weight just recalculated it self. Back down to where I was a couple of weeks ago.

I hate to see this yo yo effect. It depresses me so. I need to stay in control of my eating. And that means in control of my drinking too.


Tonight at trivia, I will have the salad bar because the bar food is very fattening, and not on my diet. Lunch is a salmon day at sandras, 4 oz of wild caught marinated with sammies magic touch. yum!
After work I will try out my new drink rum and diet cream soda.

At trivia, many of our friends will be there. Some acquaintances, so I will have some social anxiety pop up. Wine will be my choice instead of fattening beer.

I do work tomorrow out of town so tonight I need to stay moderate in my drinking. Jeff drives to trivia, and doesn't have a problem staying moderate in his drinking, I am the one with the problem.


Saturday morning I have only 2 people to see. Jeff is going to a foot ball game with colleagues of his. They get to walk in with the band, it is a lot of fun for them. I am going to try to get together with a friend of mine who is in a bad relationship and needs to talk. Her name is Doris and is the woman who traveled with me last year to north carolina.


Sunday we will travel out of town over an hour to morgan city for their shrimp and petroleum festival. There is an arts and crafts area that we like that is under an over pass so while it does have a 70% chance of rain, the vendors will stay dry...and we will too!

well
the truth is I drank too much.
Had 3oz of rum with a cream soda mixer at home before going to whole foods.
then went to trivia and drank an entire bottle of wine by myself.
And ate a pound of ground beef casserole off of the salad bar with some spinach. Had 4 squares of 85% chocolate that I did not like.
Came home and ate left overs little bit of chicken salad, half cup of mixed veggies. cup of chopped kale and the rest of the ice desert( no carbs).
I fell asleep watching tv and hubby is in bed.
I have to get up at 7:30am tomorrow and go out of town for a couple of clients.
I took my night meds and 4 advil because I have a head ache.
Drank 2 glasses of water and will try to drink more before I go to bed.
I hear hubby snoring in the other room, I usually do that. Hope I can sleep.
anyway had fun, sat with other people tonight dorothy and jim and nancy.
They are very nice and we won trivia, no thanks to me...I am miserable at trivia.
Need to go to bed.
