I69.5 after going to bathroom! finally!
I see 5 clients again today. Tomorrow I get my hair colored and I want a good haircut. just a tad to fix the problem cut at walmart 2 weeks ago. I see 2 new clients on sunday, jeff has to rehearse for the jazz faculty group concert coming up during jazz week. Jeff leaves for INDY to give his talk. he will be gone4-5 days. You know how I don't like it when he is gone. Maybe I will hire a cleaning lady again? have a good day yall. bizi

2 cups of coffee cream and stevia
Lunch was 4 oz of rare grilled salmon and marinated, 2/3 cup of golden beets, 1/2 cup of collard greens, 2/3 cup of carrots. Afternoon had another cup of coffee and 20 almonds. Dinner was a piece of crab, bri, and asparagus quiche which was delicious! and fried mushrooms(I should not have eaten) and a piece of berry pie which was also delicious. Can't remember when I had fried food last or a piece of pie. maybe it was thanksgiving. I saw 6 clients today, which is unusual. I usually see 4 or 5 clients a day.. Tonight I went to planet fitness and walked on the tred mill third time this week.=40min, 2mile, 7.5% incline, 3MPH, 324 calories but don't think those calorie counters are right as I held on, so I am sort of cheating. I came home and ate some popcorn for only 100 calories. It is very satisfying. We watched 2 episodes of seinfeld. Love that show! 22 cups of fluids today. I keep a gallon in my car and sweeten it with stevia. It helps me stay full and not want to swing by and have a beer because I am full. 30 days AF. What ever works...right? Congratulations for getting under 170!!!
 And I'm proud of you for staying AF for 30 days so far!!! I'm sorry that Jeff is going away. I do remember that you hate that. I hope you can come up with some activities or make plans with a friend to keep you busy while he's gone to make his absence easier on you  I hope that your hairdresser can fix the bad haircut you got, and you leave the salon feeling beautiful

need to get moving! gloomy day today, rain in the forecast. Need to get started on my taxes. Being self employed there is more involved. I use tax act online and it makes it so easy. Except for the health savings account part of it. That tripped me up last year. Wish me luck. I need to do billing as well as filing, the joys of being self employed! We will go to our favorite place for lunch, chicken and sausage gumbo is delicious! I get it with out rice or bread or potato salad. Get slaw for a veggie. At 1;30pm I Get my hair colored today and cut. Needs to be fixed from the bad haircut from walmart 2 weeks ago.(I know I know, I was desperate and they were the only place open on a sunday.) It is too short! need more caffeine but too lazy to make a new pot, will take a caffeine pill, should do the trick! W2's are somewhere, hubby has self employed paper work too. I am not organized this year. Need to get my butt in gear! I need to shower today, that is still such a struggle. sigh bizi

jeff was/is away for dinner tonight, he is playing a gig with the sky liners band, a 20 piece jazz band with a singer. he will be home around 10;30-11pm.
So I ate here, snacking on foods so my dinner was stretched out over hours and ate too much. 2 slices of daves killer bread with peanut butter and strawberry jelly. 40 almonds, one ounce of cheese, one banana, 5 thin mint girl scouts cookies. Grazing is dangerous! Instead of going to a concert I took a nap as I was falling asleep at the computer. I hope this doesn't interfere with my sleeping tonight. Did not get anything productive tonight. just a long nap which I needed. Got my hair colored. she did not cut it, it needs to grow out. Since it is after 10, maybe I can do a little paper work before jeff gets home. He will be disappointed that I did not go to the concert. The school of music sponsored the band that came in. I'm sorry you are still having hot flashes. I don't know when they are supposed to go away, but I'm sorry to say that I remember one of my step mothers was having them well past 55 (((HUGS)))
I wish that you could have gotten your haircut fixed. I'm sorry you have to wait for it to grow out. My hairdresser cut mine a little too short last time, but it took no time to grow out. I hope your hair grows fast, too. Good luck with all the paperwork. I know how you love it! lol
