Thanks kay,
Last night I fell asleep sitting up at the computer, so I went to bed my neck was sore.
Had set the alarm for an hour then went to sleep and shut the alarm off when it was set and missed the concert. oh well I must have needed the nap. went to bed at 1am and got up at 8am.Going to try intermittent fasting low carb dieting. Wish me luck!

For brunch I had 3 scrambled eggs with a side of spinach and brocolli. Added some hot sauce to spice it up.

Then this afternoon I had an ounce of almonds smoked yum!
I saw 3 clients this afternoon, very nice people!

For dinner we Went to jasons deli, and had a sammie. smallish breakfast sandwich: ham and cheese and an egg with mayo and tomato.
It was delicious! And only $2.99.
I also ate one ginger bread muffin.
Hubby had a big salad and half a rueben sandwich.

getting ready to go to the gym, Tred mill with an incline.
Did some filing today and getting ready to send some bills.
I did not drink as much water as I wanted to. But drank a fair amount any way. maybe 10 cups. I see my pdoc on tuesday.
I am anxious to see what I weighed when I was there last time. Maybe 5 pounds lost.

Remained AF, was mindful of my eating, not on the computer too too much.
Showing restraint. Maybe this can work for me. I think zyprexa is working for me.
Tonight At planet fitness=tred mill at mostly 10%incline, 51 minutes, 2.6 miles, heart rate 120's-130, most importantly, I SWEAT!!!!!this was the hardest session yet. I held on for the most part other wise would fall flat on my face. So I know that the calories burned number is false...fun to wish but I won't even mention it anymore. It is too late to have pop corn. And I think it was too late to go to the gym, maybe not. We will see how I sleep.

You did a lot between the filing, billing, and the trip to the gym!

That was a great workout! I think that it's the exercising that matters, not the BS "calories burned, etc" that you should focus on. You worked hard and sweat!

Actually I am doing billing tonight, I only got ready to bill(stamp envelopes, stamp return addresses, gather supplies,etc.) tonight I actually write out the bills and send them tomorrow.
I stopped by my friends Doris house yesterday. Visited her and she asked me what was wrong. I told her nothing. She said you are quiet. I reassured that I was fine. So she said this is what you are like calm, I agreed with her. She did all of the talking after that which was fine. I guess she has never seen me like this before. I guess this means I am stable.

We are having some company over tomorrow for a shrimp boil with sausage and potatoes and corn, kale/coleslaw and strawberries.
Tonight, chicken with curry sauce, half an avocado, veggie soup, I ate too much....too much chocolate for desert. 200 calories of chocolate.
Need to drink a ton of water tonight so I can get a good accurate weight at my pdocs visit tomorrow morning.
I am hoping to have lost 5 more pounds, in 2 months.
I really thought the weight would fall off. nope it is stubborn. Doesn't help with thin mint girl scout cookies all last week and now andes mints every night this week.

I can hardly write this...I should throw away the rest of the thin mints andes chocolates....I will do this! Left over from christmas, kept in the fridge. I will do this...i just did.

It's great that you've set yourself up so well to do your billing. You can just sit down and dive right in /

I'm glad you had a nice visit with Doris
I've had people who don't know me well make comments because of my mood changes before, sometimes saying I seem like two different people. I hope that what she said that made you realize you are stable made you feel good
I think that your pdoc will be very happy today!
