167 this morning.
Last time I weighed this amount was may 2017. So I had put on 18.5 pounds in 10 months time. Most of that weight gain was from drinking fattening dark craft beers and the medication abilify. We increased my meds and added naltrexone and I have finally been able to control my drinking for the most part and able to diet and lose weight. What a blessing! I am working Saturday, no complaints, love my job. bizi

 Gonna be driving for this company in about 3-4 weeks. Already at the hotel, got my CDL permit, and classes start monday. Ive had my CDL before and I had to give it up because tx dmv wouldnt let me renew it without a physical. it was too expensive back then.

Well I survived going to whole foods for trivia night in the bar.
I drank too much cho flavored water, 3 big glasses full. It was very difficult to stay AF. One of my favorite beers was on tap, a coffee stout. I also ate too much food. WE split a cheese tray and then I had 2 grain patties with cheese and a side of salad with ceasar dressing. Ugh! At least I did not drink. I am miserably full. bizi
