We put down the regular food as hattie finished the last of the wet stuff this morning. Jeff is still medicating her twice a day with anti emetic (so she doesn't throw up). She is till fighting him about that.
My neck continues to be getting worse.  4 days ago I woke up with it hurting and this morning it is worse. I can't turn my head to the left, very far without pain. Thinking about going back to the chiropractor whom I liked, but she was expensive. I need to do something. bizi

I think its more an am I going to stay in discomfort or does the chiropractor get a chance to relieve the pain. If its something that the chiro can relieve and it doesn't come back then good. But if its more than that maybe you need to have it seen. Donna

I'm so sorry you are in pain, Bizi
Please have your neck X-rayed again before you have any manipulations done. The chiropractor will probably do that anyway tho... In the meantime, try your best to just to gentle range of motion exercises (rotation). My neck is f- up and doing that a couple times a day helps a little. I can't remember if you like heat or ice. I like heat, but I know it's really hot out... I'm sorry that you are having trouble reigning in your addictions right now, Bizi (((HUGS))) I think that dieting is the same as staying AF as far as you have to be ready to do them before you can be successful. You have been able to do those things in the past for long stretches. It must be so hard to try to do both at the same time... Maybe you just haven't been ready to do it yet this time, but I have faith that you will get back into the groove soon Mari is right... today is another day

I've been wondering if maybe instead of dieting you just need to watch your portions. And maybe when you want to worry about an addiction as you call them work on the drinking. So when you ready to not drink then work on the drinking, but do the portions as much as you can all the time. Donna

when I drink I make poor food choices..... I don't have enough will power to stop. Jeff doesn't think I have a problem. he surprised me last night by going to Brazillion rodizio grill. They slice meat off at your table. meat meat meat!!!!! buffet food table. We won't go back there. I thought the food had a weird taste, like msg or something. expensive and never going back. sigh bizi For lunch at sandras, jeff joined me at sandras. I had grilled sea bass and chard and spinach red lentil soup. It was delicious! Going to have chicken/asparagus for dinner tonight. We were going to have that last night but the chicken had spoiled rotten. yuck. I stopped off at a meat market to buy some more chicken. I had a cancellation This afternoon. That is why I am able to post. I have not posted on the forums, the other ones much because I don't feel like participating as much. I need to reel in my computer usage. sigh bizi I am so depressed about my weight 183.6, highest weight in a year.

I have a friend that is eating mainly meat and losing weight. I'm not sure what kind of meats. But she is doing really good with this kind of diet. It was suggested by the doctor after her accident in December. Donna.
