I see him next thursday and her on friday. my affect doesn't reflect my anger.You can't even tell the stock market is crashing. ick I turned the news on. I will turn it off at nine. I am trying to connect with god but it is difficult.

I am feeling scared. Besides right now finally now feeling connected with one human being I have to deal with my out of control sending. For months now I have been buying whatever I want which isn't expensive but which adds up.
As of yesterday I forced myself to stop. I don't know why I did it and I really like what I bought but the way I was going I will run out of money. I don't know if I have been in one major depression. Now the stock market is either correcting or in a bear market. It was awful when I didn't feel connected with no one not even God. I still don't feel connected with God

I'm glad that you have been able to show some restraint with your spending. It's hard to stop

I don't think everyone of faith feels a connection to God 100% of the time. Sometimes life is just hard. I think your desire for that connection is admirable
