I'm glad that he is doing something to try to help. I hope that it starts to lift you up
 How are you sleeping? Are you still dieting? I had a dream that we were grocery shopping together lol. |

what a funny dream. I bought a couple of types dr atkins bars. the shipping cost at sbd made me angry. I am still dieting and making slow progress but progress. I still am having trouble sleeping. I turn off the tv and then turn it back on.I haven't been watching the olympics-no patience. so far so good about not shopping

It was a funny dream!
 I buy the Atkins bars off Amazon. I have a Prime membership, so I get the free 2 day shipping. I HATE paying for shipping! Be careful about those Atkins bars tho... some are meal replacement bars, and some are snack bars. I use the meal replacement bars in the mornings now because I hate eating breakfast. I'm proud of you for not overspending. Keep up the good work!
