I'm so glad that your eGFR went up, BF. It's wonderful news to hear that you are farther away from dialysis for now! :)

My blood pressure was high. I've been put on a high blood pressure medication. I've been on it for several months. My blood pressure while on the medication is now normal. BF:hug::hug::hug:

BF,
Seems like you are on the right track. It appears you are more upbeat which has can have an effect both physical and mental.

As always, you remain in my prayers.....

I realized that most of the food that I was eating was (((processed foods))). I have now added kidney healthy fruits, and veggies. I might have to pay more, and drive to the supermarket more for these added healthy foods. BF:hug::hug::hug:

It's great that you are willing to change your diet to help maintain (or improve if possible) your kidney function, BF

You seem to have been handling all of this well. I don't know how you do it :hug::hug:

I ordered a blender today. I can use it to blend fruits, and veggies that don't have potassium, and phosphorous in them. The juices that I have bought so far have potassium in them which is not good for a kidney that has CKD. I wonder why they put potassium in juices? I'm going to have to go straight to the fruits, and veggies, and I'm going to have to make smoothies. I'm going to have to avoid fruits like bananas that have lots of potassium in them.

I might have to leave this subject behind, because we are on the bipolar forum. New people who don't know me might wonder why I'm talking about this subject. I've been on this forum for a log time as most of you know. I'm just talking about this new problem that has come into my life.

I have been through so many gosh awful emotional problems that most people who know me on this forum know about. I'm trying to figure out what to do from here. My mission once again is to stay alive. BF:hug::hug::hug:
