In the last two blood tests, my kidney functions are doing better. The GFR was 26 in June, and yesterday I got a report that it was 28. If I make it up to 30, it will be stage 3, and out of the stage 4 kidney disease severe. I don't know if I can make it to 30, but I'm doing better. I've been eating those blueberry smoothies, eating red grapes, and red cherries. I've been doing other things also, like having a little pure olive oil, and taking KidneyMega. Brokenfriend

I've also been eating cucumbers. I'll take a whole cucumber, and slice it up, and make a meal out of it.

I've got other veggies, and fruits on a list that I can adjust from time, to time to see if they help my kidneys. The veggies, and fruits on that list are good for the kidneys.

I've even eaten Walmart bought mushrooms. They are good for heart burn. BF

I really can't see a way how it would be moving in the right direction without your hard work. You are really close to stage 3 right now, and I really hope that you make it there- and soon

Thank you for mentioning that mushrooms are good for heartburn. Do you eat them raw or cooked?

I eat the Walmart mushrooms raw. I take them, and rinse them under the water faucet, and eat them as they are. I was trying a combination of fruits, and veggies when I notice I developed a little heart burn, and when I ate some Walmart mushrooms, the heartburn went away.

I know that most people know that mushrooms that are growing outside your house are deadly poisonous. Please don't eat the mushrooms in your yard, because they will probably kill you.

Store bought mushrooms are safe. I don't mean to insult anyone's intelligence, but I don't want people to make that fatal mistake. BF
