My eGFR is now 29. During the last time that this particular lab checked my blood, it was 26. My family doctor had my blood checked in a different lab about a month ago, and it was 28. So this means that I'm 1 point away from being at stage 3, and that's good. Right now I'm currently in stage 4, but 1 point away from stage 3.
The problem is that fresh fruits and vegetables are expensive, but they are making a difference. They are not processed food. BF

I think that frozen blueberries are processed foods. I have a bunch of them in my freezer. I may have to use them, instead of the fresh ones if I can't afford them anymore. BF

Frozen blueberries are good.
They do not count as processed foods. Call your doctor / or leave a message for him with his staff if you are not sure. M |

mari is right. frozen blueberries have not been processed.
if you have a membership to costco they have good prices on organic blueberries. Don't know if you have a costco there or not. bizi

As far as I know, there are no Costcos anywhere around here. We have Sams clubs and Walmarts in the next big city about 70 miles away. I go to a Walmart that's about 45 miles away in an area that is starting to be built up into a new city type of thing. BF
