I learned when a friend had issues with two doctors who were in disagreement with each other that the hospital had a particular nurse in charge of patient care and that we could have let that nurse know that that the doctors were not
appropriately addressing my friend's needs. Learn of the hierarchy for complaints in your hospital. Is there an ombudsman, social worker, head of nursing? I am so happy to hear that your nurse is helping. M |

Kitty I'm so sorry that you have been going through all of this. My sister had MS, and my mother had MS. My grandmother had ALS. This is not suppose to happen in a family tree situation.
You have been through allot. I'm so sorry.  BF

It is rare for MS to run in families like that. I had no idea your family had been so hard hit. I'm so sorry. And I'm so sorry your grandmother had ALS No one other than me in my family has it. Years ago my brother and I donated blood samples for a genetic study. |

I don't know all of the factors involved, but I slept for 12 hours on Sunday. I could not muster any energy, and I am still tired. The medications that I'm on probably cause some of it, but there are to many things involved, and it's not knowable what the cause is. I've come to the conclusion that there are no guesses that can be made. The Kidney disease is probably a part of it, and many things combined. BF
