I had to taper off of the Rexulti, so don't just stop it. I definitely wouldn't stop it cold turkey if it's the only psych med you are on because you are not in a good place right now. It may need more time to work for you than it did for me. Your depression is WAY more stubborn than mine can get.

And I'm happy that Robert was able to fix your printer for you. It sounds like he's wonderful with everything like that. It's nice that he got the opportunity to get copies of all the pictures you took of his dog while he was over- even if it took him a long time.

I'm sorry that you're still itchy. Are you drinking boat loads of coffee? A little bit wouldn't cause itchiness since you've drank so much for so long, but if you've increased your intake, it could make you itchy and cause stomach upset

the doctor took me off of it when he put me on the new medication, another antipsychotic which supposedly helps depression.

I took your advance Kay and took the pill. It might have helped a little. Yesterday I felt that I didn't love myself but then thought that God loved me. I started listing all my good qualities. I think i am compassionate and humble,
but didn't list the bad ones which were mainly bipolar symptoms.
I went to bed early after spending most of day listening to Josh Groban.He 37, has had girlfriends and speaks 6 languages. I love his voice and choice of songs some of which I guess he wrote, I think the new medicine is stimulating my appetite which is bad because I am so heavy. I have trouble with balance so am having a very hard using the scale to get a reading other than err.

I don't know if I found the klonopin but I have enough. I drink about four or five cups of coffee a day. I always have.
I am happy that robert got something out of it. He is beginning to look for another doggie. He just missed one at the shelter that had a strong resemblance to Mickey. If the dog doesn't get along with the other dog she has she has robert's number.

First try drinking more water please. I don't know if you drink much
during the day or any. I don't honestly remember. But it might
honestly help with the itching. Also I have what might seem like
an odd idea. But when you next get the urge to buy something
get an back scratcher, it can be used on all parts of the body. Especially
in this time of the year, I have found that my itching needs a scratch
from something like this more than anything. Its more that my body
seems to be telling me it wants some extra loving from a different
touch.
I also put on just a small amount of cocoa lotion, I found it not to long ago.
it seems to work better than anything else I've ever used. I'm honestly not
even sure why I even tried it. Other than I remembered my massage therapist used it a few times, and it helped my skin.

Now when it comes to eating, instead of worrying about eating. Try remembering to eat more fruits, and salad foods. And meats, they say
these are really good for your body to eat to lose weight.

I just bought cocoa lotion. thank you. I just ordered some oatmeal and cheerios for my acidic stomach. I can't give up coffee. I will try to force myself to walk in the hall for my back. I am a physical wreck. so far it is working that as soon as i feel lonely I think that God is with me and I am not alone.

I am reading another book by Julia Quinn who has a great sense of humor and romance. I tried reading two other books and couldn't and got scared that my escape wasn't working anymore.

I don't know what I did but now my lower back doesn't hurt much so don't need aleve. I can't believe it. I am also going to make a concerted effort not to buy any more clothes from ebay. It has really gotten painful and I have been so out of control.
