No way should you be doing the bridge exercise!!!
There are lots of gentle exercises you can do to strengthen your core muscles to start out with. A PT would be more educated than I am on that tho, so I won’t make any suggestions.

The recumbent bike should not hurt your back, but I would cut down on the time you are on it to maybe 5 minutes or less for now if you are having trouble walking

I don't like heating pads. They make me nervous because of former burns. I don't what is happening. the p.t. needs a prescription from a doctor,. they are trying to get it from my old doctor and I will try to get it from my cardiologist who I just saw. I am planning on switching g.p.s but I don't know what kind of appt I should make with him. My blood test was oct 29 and I am confused whether the pt said that was okay and not too long ago but they are having trouble reaching her.
I was up all night with the back pain but I just tried blue emu and it feels better. why didn't I put it on last night. Yesterday I was in such a grouchy mood. I left the kitchy messy for marci and I could tell she was mad.today I will have her do the laundry today. I don't know what else she will do.I bought mixed nuts and ate a lot and got stomach problems. I would up giving the rest to her but told her she had to take it home for me to avoid temptation. I give her a lot. I think the antidepressant is working but I am so irritable and physically feel so lousy. Then I have to call dorot. They asked if I would have visitors one day come to my house and I said yes even though it is messy. I forgot when they are coming. I didn't write it down like a fool

I have been getting meals on wheels and they now are giving me veggie burgers which I requested. I don't know if it is a coincidence or not but right now I am not constipated.
