I'm so glad your restarting PT Monday. Now really have her give
you some picture's to go with your exercises. Even if they don't
seem right now. That way you can have Marci on Tuesday or
when ever help you put them in a file or envelope. So that if
you have these problems again, maybe you can go back and look
and see if you can find one you might want to try.

Also make sure you tell her if they seem to hard. She can make
sure to adapt them so they are good for you. Its not that hard.
And honestly you are getting very good at asserting yourself.

psychic pain isn't physical pain .it is mental pain. it is worse than depression.
I think I solved a problem today about my annuity if I think we are headed for a very bad bear market.I also haven't lost any weight but seemed to gain a pound. I am eating veggie burgers for lunch and I thought they were low calorie.

I've seen it at CVS, so I'm sure you can find it at other pharmacies, and probably stores like Walmart. But it is much cheaper on Amazon.
