I woke up with a stomach ache again and my legs hurt from the pt,especially my weak leg.I couldn't fall asleep til 2:30 and I had two nightmares. I also started worrying about old age. I woke up depressed and wonder if that is basically be the rest of my life, depressed and anxious.

You don't have to get into your painful past with the pdoc AT ALL if you don't want to, Bobby. Just talk about your current worries, and reveal only what you what you want to.
And you do NOT have to do therapy. I will not do it either.

If you feel like you did better on Risperdal, I would ask to go back on it. There are few, or no other things, that have seemed to work for you

I'm so sorry that you were feeling like you didn't have a reason to live. Sometimes I get that feeling, too

I don't see any reason why the pdoc wouldn't prescribe the Risperdal.

We will always have problems on and off from our BP, but with meds, there is always a chance for improvement. I hope that this new pdoc has the magic touch, and can help improve your symptoms

thank you so much. This morning abby was fooling around with the back of the monitor. then the light went off. I panicked but was finally able to find the switch to turn it on again. I am ambivalent about therapy but use help with dealing with aging. I didn't get nurtured as a child and I don't see how therapy would provide with it. I have already been in therapy before a few times starting with senior year in college when there was no diagnosis of bipolar 2

Also Pudge was a bit finicky with eating again and I felt more stressed.I have to call back the insurance company to find out when I will be billed for the initial 186 dollars. The pdoc writes she wants a copay by cash or check and my insurance pays the copay. weird and more stressful. the antidepressant is working a little. I got on the scale and it was two pounds heavier than yesterday.I also had soup yesterday which was probably salty but one veggie burger.

Bobby, you need to speak up if you start to feel uncomfortable with anything the PT does or has you do. I'm so sorry she over-did it and you are in pain

The copay situation at the new pdoc's office sounds like a mess. Can you call your supplemental company and ask them to contact the secretary her there? Maybe that would help?

Don't worry about that 2lb difference on the scale. Weight fluctuates day to day, and even during different times of the day

Are you eating ONLY a veggie burger a day, and NOTHING else?

I hope your antidepressant is working. Unfortunately, even if meds are doing their job, some days are harder than others

I just got off the phone with the insurance and the woman said that I didn't have to pay and just wait for the others I saw before bill me. The secretary knows s@#t because she didn't know that my supplemental aarp plan pays the copay but she asked if I had the supplemental plan which was a necessity to get an appointment.
Yesterday Cecilia brought me grapes and orange juice. I had the veggie burger and a small portion of rice and mixed vegetables from meals on wheels. later I had cream of mushroom soup and a few cups of coffee.
I just ordered b complex which they said is good for nerves and stress. I also ordered Same for depression.

I am jumping out of my skin.The new doctor called last night to tell me I had to pay a one time charge of 186 dollars. She had a very nice voice.Pudge was fuzzy this morning over food. More stress. I still don't have an appetite and do have a stomach ache from stress. The good news is so far I have lost 10 pounds in a very short time

yes. she is very nice and loves kitty cats and all other animals. she wants me to bring in blood work. i will see her every week. she wants me off of klonopin
