I had two nightmares last night.One I got low marks on a test and another I flunked the test. My hands and body are shaking.

I still don't have an appetite from all the stress. yesterday i didn't eat the veggie burger but at 12am ii had some applesauce. tonite i am going out with cecilia for dinner and will order a chef salad. I have been praying a lot and saying and believing it is all God's will. I found more plavix which relieved some of the anxiety. I am cutting down on klonopin to get off of it so I also don't know if I am reacting to that. still no urge to go to ebay.

It was easy. I have a stomach ache and no appetite. No will power at all. I hope I can eat tonite. I am so relieved. I finally saw Pudge eat today. I always think the worse and I hope the new psychiatrist can help me there. I have been having a hard time controlling my hand from both the stroke and anxiety. I took two rolaids.

Plavix helped your anxiety? I have never heard of it being used for that before.

I have heard a lot about pdocs wanting people off of Benzo's like Klonopin A LOT, and I understand why, but I do think it's strange that she says she wants you off of it before she has seen you tho.
Like Bizi, I hope you are doing it slowly. It can cause withdrawal symptoms. Here are some I pulled off of Google: headaches, stomach pain, nausea, tremors, sweating, dizziness, fatigue, confusion, anxiety, and depression.

That is totally understandable because you are so stressed and anxious. Maybe you should wait until you see your new pdoc, and potentially get back on Risperdal, before you start tapering off the Klonopin yourself so you have another med to help with your anxiety.

I think Gaviscon is the best for indigestion. It has always worked the best for me. I think I've suggested it to you before, but I don't know if you've ever tried it. I take the cherry flavored tablets.

Plavix is for my stroke, a blood thinner. I am cutting my dosage of klonopin in half.that is what the new doctor said when I saw her. what withdrawal symptoms! I will buy some gaviscon. I have been using rolaids. My gums are also bothering me and two people thought I was chewing gum and I said no, dentures. I am using salt as recommended on the web.


I told the new doctor that I wanted to be put on risperdal and she didn't comment. went out with cecilia and ate the soup and brought most of the salad home. I am thinking of having a glass of wine every night for my anxiety and maybe to help me sleep. I think the pt is pushing me to hard because my lower back pain has come back a bit and my leg aches a little.
