i woke up anxious with a stomach ache again. I gained back some weight. I wonder if wine is fattening. I see the psychiatrist this morning. the cab fare round trip with be about 26 dollars. that also gets me anxious if I go four times a month. I only saw the other pdoc once a month and the cab rates hadn't gone up yet. Thank God I stopped with ebay. I worry about money a lot.

A glass of white wine will not cause you to gain any weight. Did it help with your anxiety?
Did the pdoc say she wants to see you every week? That's A LOT if you aren't having an acute episode. I'm glad that you have been off of eBay! That's awesome, Bobby!!! |

I think she wants to do therapy. the wine helped but then I read that if you are anxious don't turn to alcohol. I have so many psychological problems besides bipolar, post traumatic stress and generalized anxiety. I am also alone and lonely besides being handicapped. Except for her, I won't see anybody til Monday when the physical therapist comes over. I read and play with my cats. i watch msnbc. right now I am in an acute episode but I carry so much pain and fear. It is very hard being older, handicapped and alone

I think she may also be wanting to get to know you and see
how you are doing with the medication going down right now. I think when the wean has happened that maybe she or you can even suggest that maybe going to every other week or twice a month for a while. Then monthly. I know you said, before you don't do any of the handicapped programs for transportation. But I don't know if there is a way to get an cab through insurance for a less cost with insurance. You might check into that. I know in Indiana with Medicaid our state insurance you can order a ride days ahead of time through a company and its a taxi service. And its free. Donna |

I'm guessing she can sense you are fearful in general and would
like to work on that. So maybe she thinks she can help you with that. Its honestly hard to work through the pain with family when I'm guessing most of the family that caused it is gone. That is the hard part on that. I'm also wondering if you might could see if since its going to cost so much if she would consider doing a phone conference everyother week so you don't have to take the cab. Donna |

I don't think she works that way and anyways I think you need to be face to face. they have accessaride for disabled people but it is not reliable. She doesn't want me on risperdal anymore for side effects. she is putting me on an antihistomine for my anxiety and lexapro for an additional antidepressant.
