I woke up with another stomach ache and depression. I forgot if I mentioned that my accountant hasn't received my taxes so I called yesterday to get new ones.

Ugh, stomach ache and depression is a bad combination.... Could it be gastritis (is it called like that in English !?
 ) ? I have suffered of that from 20 years now.... Today is BAD. I like to drink flaxseed water/tea when meds cant do more....  Quote:

Since your legs felt better after the PT came, maybe a little range of motion exercises or stretching may help you when your legs hurt? Obviously not getting on the floor tho. Just bending your knees, straightening out your legs, pointing your toes, etc.
I get physically ill because of my anxiety, too. I ended up with an ulcer years ago. I have acid reflux, and take Protonix (by prescription only) now, and things have improved, but not 100%. Maybe you can ask for a prescription med next time you see your PCP because what you are taking over the counter is not working well enough for you I hope your accountant gets your taxes soon

I got a call this afternoon from my accountant. after a week they received my taxes almost in the same zip code. i ordered meadow sweet tea for my stomach

It sounds like this tax year is going more smoothly for you so far despite the slow mail... thank God for small favors.

thank you. I bought vitamin b. the tea hasn't come yet. aplentin can cause stomach aches plus weight loss. I will take the weight loss. robert came over with his new basenji, He acted like a puppy. He is so cute. Robert said he is still hard to walk. the shelter estimated his age between 3 and seven but he seemed like 1 1/2
I didn't feel well yesterday. |
