I finally got my refund of 185 dollars from the other psychiatrist. I wrote her a check on feb 6. I have been calling her and my insurance companies but they said they couldn't do anything. I did some reviews on the internet and mentioned a lot of things that were negative. I told her I would do it.
I am still very tired even though I am getting more sleep

Sometimes we just need the sleep. So take it and then when
you don't need it you will be ready to go and have the energy.

I'm glad you got the refund from the other psychiatrist. You
are one gutsy lady.

I'm sorry you are so tired despite getting more sleep. How long has this been going on?

I know you take supplements or get injections, but I remember you have pernicious anemia... when was the last time your B12 level was checked?

I'm glad you finally got your refund. Good for you for blasting her on the internet lol

this has been going on for about three weeks. I had a blood test four weeks ago and I take 5000 mg of b12 every day. The psychiatrist told me to go to bed at 10. I started doing that and fell asleep fast and woke up at 3 like I usually did and went even when I went to bed at 12. II finally got another hour of sleep. I even fell asleep at 9:30 and woke up at two and eventually fell asleep again. I have even been taking some naps in the day now.I have to go to the bank with Marci so I just woke up and am drinking a cup of coffee

went to the bank. couldn't get my card out. teller helped me. then I had trouble entering my four digit code.teller took out my social security card and used that and then put back my cards. she was very nice

I'm sorry you had such a hard time at the bank. I'm happy that the teller there was so nice and helped you

I had a problem with my debit card once... one day I forgot my PIN. I just drew a blank, and couldn't remember it anymore at all. I forget what I had to do about it. I write all that stuff down in a book along with all the passwords I need now.

As far as sleeping, you are doing everything right as long as you're only taking one nap a day. I really wish that I had answers for you

I wish that you you had a better track record with sleeping pills so you could take one and stay asleep longer. It stinks to be up that early every morning and be exhausted all day. Of course you have to take a nap!!! (((HUGS)))
