I think it is anxiety and at times over eating. I like my psychiatrist. she wants me to go to bed at nine now. she says sleep is so important and will lower my anxiety. She upped the depakote and said that will calm me. I am so tired.
Yesterday I got back from her and ate and was so tired I stayed in bed. I went to bed at 8:30 and woke up at 2:30. I am still tired

I am going to have a lot of peppermint tea and chamomille tea to help with my anxiety and they also have a laxative effect. yesterday i compulsively ate. I don't know if it the depakote. I slept a lot.I am having a hard time concentrating and difficulty in reading. have vivid dreams and a lot of mood swings. A lot of the time the antidepressant is working. I see the psychiatrist in two weeks.

PS for those wondering...once a thread reaches 100 pages or over 1000 posts it begins to slow the database, so that's why we need to request new ones :)
