Hypomania can be very enjoyable, but can come with some unpleasantries like the insomnia you are experiencing now
 Staying in bed is seemingly contradictory to hypomania, but you are driven to keep reading, and that's where you typically do it, so I think it fits I bought some Halo Top ice-cream that you had been talking about a while back. I got Corey peanut butter cup, and I got myself the chocolate mocha chip. I dug into mine last night, and I wasn't bowled over because the flavor was really strong. Corey hasn't tried his yet. Breyer's came out with a low calorie ice cream called "Delights." We tried the chocolate flavor, and it was pretty good. |

I haven't tried either of those yet. I am hooked on strawberry and mint chip. I just wish it weren't as expensive,I am also on a cookie kick from brandless -they are three dollars and I have tried a few-they are pretty good.
I hope I can clean up a little for marci. I think the cookies are preventing me from losing weight. I hope i don't crash |

I almost bought the mint chip! I paid $4.50 for the Halo Tops... the same as the new Breyer's, and about the same as Ben & Jerry's.
I forgot I still had Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies... I ate the entire last sleeve last night. I've been eating a ridiculous amount of chocolate-something-or-other every night. My sweet tooth is really out of control lately! How are things going with Marci? How is she? I know it's hard not to worry about the tides turning mood-wise We are all crossing our fingers for you, and hoping your good mood lasts a long time!

I pay 5.99! Marci is working out great. I wonder if you are fighting depression with all the chocolate. I have also been eating frozen blueberries and just ordered blueberry and green tea. I just saw the Kentucky Derby 2 18 Kentucky Derby I FULL RACE I NBC Sports - YouTube Secretariat my favorite ran it slower.

I like HALO Top as well but have not had it for a while because
for months hubby has been buying the groceries. (It does have more protein than regular ice cream) Maybe I should put it on a list for him. M |

i have been feeling really crappy. my sleeping is terrible. i haven't left the apartment. I cancelled my psychiatrist's appt because i don't want to go out.

i took some benedryl yesterday and today and feel better. my eyes and kin aren't itchy. I had a thing with marci yesterday. she won't use the vacuum cleaner.I asked her if she could sweep deeper. she got so offended. I worried about it but she asserts herself.
