I woke up so depressed. I had such a nice time with the rabbi but we discussed all the things that were getting me anxious. It was a plateful. I was so depressed before he came. I see the psychiatrist this morning. I will ask for more risperdal and more antidepressant..I have sort of given up on losing weight. I think I have sort of given up. the rabbi really touched me and i feel like crying. My therapis does nothing except occasionally makes me angry.

I hope that the appointment with your pdoc goes well, and he gives you the meds that you want and feel like you need right now. You struggle so mightily with depression, and your current drug regiment is obviously not working. Maybe you need to put your foot down and really advocate for yourself better

I'm sorry that your therapist makes you angry sometimes
I have had issues with therapists. Sometimes it meant I needed a new one, and other times I've just had difficulty when we talked about things, and I had to go home and struggle with the issues on my own between appointments. I don't go anymore.

this rabbi hears me and the therapist is in her own world. she loves animals so she can't be all bad

he upped my risperdal to 2 m a day

last night all i could think about was death. i don't know if i had another mini stroke last week or not. i recovered. maybe the big one is on the way.

I don't know. today i told her how wonderful the rabbi was and she asked for examples and I gave her some like humility and that he almost got me to cry and I haven't cried for over 20 years. I wonder what she thought. I told her he asked me the right questions. I am wondering if I can steer her.

That sounds good I think. Steering her is worth a try.
