I am a lot more in control. The a1c really helped big time. I always worry about going blind because of diabetes, Then robert came over tonite and he has a heart condition. He said it was no big deal if I had an irregular ekg. If I had a narrowing of a vein to the heart that was no big deal. they could put a stent in me. He was so nonchalant(sp), I think he had a heart attack. I don't know how many miles a day he walks now with Mickey his dog.

That's good about the A1C.

Robert seems helpful most of the time.

I have an abnormal EKG. I have what's called a right bundle branch block. but they call it a "normal variant," which means it may not be normal, but it's okay. There are a lot of things that can fall into that category, or may not be "normal variants", but are okay.

I forgot to mention that a fast heart rate may also be due to dehydration, but I think in your case it's probably due to anxiety. A fast heart rate isn't going to damage your heart

I'm glad that your a1c was good, and you are so relieved!

How far are you into the new book? Is it as good as the last one?

I am half way through it. I just got on the scale and I weight so much more. ugh. I can't believe it. It can't be all weight. It is just as good. I just found out my cousin's son has brain cancer, He also has asperbergers. He can't get a break but he is dealing well with it. they won;t give him a prognosis/

I have an heart murmur that I have had since birth. As it does in time
it keeps getting harder and harder to hear. Its almost like its not there
anymore. The nurse practioneer found it really odd. But I didn't.
I have been told many times it is getting harder to hear.

I have had echo's and ekg's since I was little. THey are usually normal,
or at least the ekg's are. The echo's aren't always normal. But not exactly
sure what they see. Its kind of weird. My boys have all got an heart murmur and they all have had ekg's but only Derrick has had echo's.

Its really weird, he has had them only when he ran a really high fever in 4th grade, and when he was hallucinating later in his life.
I think they were trying to make sure it didn't effect his health. His ears
were the problem with the fevers sometimes of 105, he was in the hospital,
he had to have a pic put in to get it to open up.

My high anxiety returned yesterday again. I feel rotten. I finally feel asleep at three. I am not looking forward to the doctors' appointments. I am eating so much. I am so worried about my weight. It is easier to walk when I lose the weight. I spoke to my cousin again last night again. His son with brain cancer has a girlfriend he met on one of the internet sites. He spends the weekends with her at my nephews house. He still works on his four computers. He is a computer genius. He definitely has a quality of life. another cousin who I met maybe once is dying of prostate cancer. I think he suffers from mental illness.
