my blood pressure is high today. I guess I am worried. I see the doctor on friday. That will be his last day. My mood is slipping a little. I am going to have
another cup of coffee even though i probably shouldn't.

Do you have a daily record of how your blood pressures have been? He will not raise your med on one reading.
You could take them a couple of times a day.

That's excellent, Bobby.

Bizi is right about just a couple of high readings not being worth worrying about. You may still have to go back on a BP med tho because being off the other one may be catching up to you now. It's hard to keep BP steady sometimes.

Just make sure that you are taking readings after you have been at rest for at least a couple minutes or your pulse and BP will be artificially higher.
