I'm sorry your worried so much about the blood pressure. But I know that until about 2 maybe 3 years ago. My husband Dale had no issues but an upset stomach. And all the sudden, he had high blood pressure, he tried all kinds of things to bring it down. One being a no salt diet, and no meat and some other extremes. It just didn't work. He ended up on Meds anyway.

I've got a family history of high blood pressure so when I was diagnosed it was like. Okay its part of my family, and I just took the meds and ran with it.
I didn't even worry about a monitor. I need to start doing that.

Its life it seems for me. But lots of things are life it seems for me.

I hope you get some answers, .

i have been so tired. Last night I was in bed at 5:30 and robert called to pick up meat for mickey but I think he was also seeing how I was doing with the monitors. I became fully awake and wasn't depressed. Then I called Cecilia t see how sofia was. something is off. Then I told her I had a couple of stuffed toys. she said come over. prince went crazy, He played with one for at least 45 minutes and then I left and he was still playing with it. then I went home annd was tired again

I'm sorry that your BP and heart rate numbers are high and unsteady right now. You probably just need to go back on that med in a lower dose, or try another one. I hate that you have another thing to worry about, Bobby

When is your next appointment with the doctor?

I'm glad that you got to see Mickey and Prince. I've read just about everywhere that animals can help bring down blood pressure.
And I'm happy that you have Cecilia and Robert in your life.

I'm sorry that you are tiring so easily. I hope it doesn't last long

I see my doctor for the last time and then he goes back home to arkansas. i will miss him and his accent. he always jeans and a plaid shirt and he is skinny. He is adorable. I don't know what he will say. I will bring one of the monitors in.
Robert has an extra smaller cuff for my upper arm monitor which he says will make it much easier.
I am going to take a bath and try to read. Pudgie was lying down next to me and grooming herself. she is precious. I have to start brushing her again. her fur has grown so fast.

I sent what you wrote to two of my closest friends. Do you have deep faith and is that why you don't fight thing but have acceptance and do what you can do? and leave the rest to God?

Bobby
I used to have deep Faith, now I just have faith what happens is
what is supposed to. I think its just I go with the flow.

I had so much trouble as a kid, its that I learned to deal with it
or I didn't.

I really don't know.

you seem so very strong and good natured and are able to tackle anything that comes your way, you don't complain or try to fight it. it seems like a strong belief system. I had a lot of problems growing up and my psychiatrist said my bipolar wouldn't be as bad if I didn't have all those problems ie like taking care an alcoholic father when I was little etc. I don't know what your problems were.

Thank you Bobby,

I just seem to have learned from my mom who was very good at teaching
me to roll from the punches. I was the oldest. And I don't remember some of the things my sister's remember. One of my sister's remember that she was always one that had to control things. I don't honestly remember that.
I remember that she always got things done. But in my own case if she
didn't get things done, I would not have been well. I was a sick child
in and out it seemed of the hospital. I know I've mentioned how I always
was clumsy and fell alot. But it wasn't something that my parents put
me down for. Like many do. I was always given the care I needed. I think thats why I always have done the same for my boys and anyone else that needed it. I was nutured and given the kind of care I needed.
