Heart

Do you have a special chair that you use to read?
just curious.
They say that we should not do anything in bed besides sleeping.
There are really good articles about sleep hygiene....

I can't sleep with out taking my night meds;
melatonin 3mg prolonged release, 5mg of zyprexa and .5mg of klonipin
I also take at night 80mg of geodon and 200mg of lamictal.
I am hoping that you were able to get to sleep.

I read in bed. I don't have a comfortable chair. I think I need an antipsychotic. I think my back is interfering with my sleep. I feel better today but irritable.
I will try to read today. I wasn't able to read which calms me down. I haven't been losing any weight although I skipped dinner.that irritates me. the guy from the annuity place really irritated me and kept on repeating himself and didn't have some of the important questions I asked. I am really worried about the stock market and wanted to know if I could switch from variable to fixed and he said yes but he didn't know what fixed funds I could switch to. I am so angry at my gp.p. and don'[t know when I need more tests so I can go to the new doctor. I dread p.t. but I am afraid I am going to be a cripple

Rexulti is an atypical antipsychotic. It's best not to be on more than one atypical antipsychotic, antipsychotic, or a combination because it increases the risk of side effects. But it's done all the time. For a short period of time I was on three.

I understand how you feel about dreading PT. I HATE having to go back, but in the end, I'm always glad I did.
I think it's a good time for you to do it because, like Donna said, you are being more assertive right now. I think that in the past you have not benefitted from it like you could have, because you haven't been able to speak up and tell the PT's that they were working you too hard, which is counterproductive

I think it's best to continue to call your GP and be a real pest. I think that's where the problem is with the script. That's usually the case

I'm having problems with ice cream right now, too. I can't seem to help myself.

I'm sorry about the situation with your annuity
Can you call and ask to speak to someone else on the phone?

I was thinking of calling the annuity number and see if I can get somebody. you are right. I will call the doctor again. I am not taking that med again because it stimulated my appetite and wasn't really working. I won't have ice cream for a while. it is so soothing.

Bobby

Honestly switching GPs. You can have your new one get your records
they will then figure out what and when you need new testing done.

Its not your job to figure that stuff out. Its honestly theres.

I hope you call and talk to someone else about the annuity. Ask
the questions like which fixed ones can I change to. If they
don't know politely tell them you have to go. And just do that.

And then call back next week and ask specifically for someone
who knows something about fixed funds.

IF they say all their workers do. then ask for the manager.

And I would then explain you have ask twice which ones you
can move yours too, and they tell you they don't know.
I'm going to guess to a degree they don't want you too.

Red face

sorry bobby....
what prescription are you going to ask for? orders for PT?
I am pretty sure he will give them to you after he or she sees you.
In louisiana, we as individuals don't have to have orders to get PT.
But to get them thru the home health company they need orders to provide the services.
I hope you can get your PT some how and soon!
You must be so frustrated.
