Sleep is a good thing in mental health issues, and also the cold. I hope that you feel better very soon Mari. BF:hug::hug::hug:

A friend I've known for thirty years has serious cancer.
She has good drs and all that and has some family support.
And she does not get depressed.


I've stopped by two or three times to see her and talk and hangout.
It's a little bit hard for me.
Maybe she and I are like family --- don't like each other
all that much but we have long history together.

(Really trying to keep up my mood so that I can continue to work)

I'm glad that you are visiting her. It is understandable that is hard, especially since you don't have an easy relationship. Hopefully in the end, these visits will lead to easier closure when she does pass away :hug::hug::hug:

I do not know her exact diagnosis but she is still holding her job
and seems to expect to make it.

She's strong in lots of ways.
