I get really tired during the work day even when I am pretty sure I had enough sleep.

Unhappy

Are you eating enough? drinking enough water? are you hypoglycemic?
I think fatigue can happen with adrenal issues...or cortisol levels.
You have along history of sleep issues, how is your cpap working?
I am sorry you are still tired.

I'm thinking along the same lines as Bobby. Depression can cause significant fatigue. Since you have other symptoms, I think it's a likely suspect

Yes. Depressed. Prefer to be sleeping.
Difficult handling things.

BP depression is hard enough to treat... I wish you weren't so sensitive to meds. It makes things so much harder for you

As Bizi said, school will be closing soon. I hope that when you have less obligations, less stress, and more time to yourself, this cloud will start to lift

Got my hair cut and colored.

Picked up meds.

Bought a couple of things at grocery store.

Came home.

The house is a mess. We have not had the cleaning lady here since Dec or Jan.
Hubby ocasionally vacuums or scrubs out a sink but otherwise all we are really doing is keeping up
with washing dishes and doing our laundry (he does his own laundry because he is fussy and I do my own as well.)

Depressed. Feel like crap but keeping myself relaxed to the degree that I can. Not anxious, atm, thank goodness.

You got a lot done... that's hard to do when you're depressed

I'm glad that you're not experiencing problems with your anxiety right now... thank God for small favors

Have you considered/would you be comfortable hiring a new cleaning lady?

Earlier in the evening I had what was probably paresthesia. It freaked
me out and I did not want to go to bed.

I have no idea what caused it or what I could to do make it relent.
I was afraid to sleep -- felt that I needed to pay attention to what was going on.

Finally, after 5 hours it is relenting a bit and I feel safe enough to go to bed.

Long work day Monday.
