This is the only thing they mention about the intestines in the article:
"The only thing in food that makes it to your colon undigested and intact is dietary fibre (think corn). Everything else you swallow is absorbed into your bloodstream and organs and, after that, it's not going anywhere until you've vaporised it." But notice that they only say "undigested and intact." So, it's a simplification. |

That was a very interesting article! Lots of things I didn't know. Thanks for sharing it with us here.
I still think all lost weight somehow finds it's way to me, though.
