I was on 1850mg of lithium for about 7yrs. I also have MS. I had a lot of neurological s/e from the lithium like hyperactive reflexes, shaking, worsening tremor, and vision problems that were attributed to MS (or me being crazy) until 3mo after I stopped taking lithium and those symptoms went away.

That's interesting, I bet you would of been happy when your symptoms went away , just like how I'll be happy when my symptoms go away .

I think my symptoms are getting better the pulling feeling on my eyes seems to be not as strong , I'm noticing I'm reading a little easier abd when I lay in bed I can hear the friction on the pillow is not as loud so it seems the throbbing is settling down ** touch wood **

I really am hoping the lithium isn't the cause because I seem to handle it quite well

It sounds like your symptoms started before you started taking lithium...

How are the Zyprexa and the other new med working out?

Ive decided to stop taking the zyprexa as of tonight actually, the reason being weight gain! I put on close to 5kg and I didn't even get to a full month on it... It's a shame because I noticed an improvement with my anxiety Throbbing feeling in the back of head/flinching

I don't know what else I can try now? I don't see my psychiatrist for another month but I was thinking of seeing my doctor and asking about Lamictal? Does that even help anxiety?

I take lamictal and it doesn't seem to have any effect.
maybe geodon(an antipsychotic like zyprexa)

would work for you ?
It is weight neutral.

I've been given a nerve pain drug as my doctor wanted to try me on it , his confident he can eventually can fix this throbbing feeling for me he said it's pretty unlikely to be neurological..

Fingers crossed the new medication works for me ..(I don't know the medication name I'll post it later )

Yes I'm trying to watch alcohol intake but as you said it's very hard to just stop at 1 or 2 which may be a warning sign ..

The medication I've been given is pregabilin 2x 25mg a day ..
