Well, I ended up having a total of four drinks last night. Two glasses of wine and two glasses of rum and soda. It helped me calm down a little but did not help me enough to fall asleep. The pot does the same thing, but I only smoke high CBD mj every couple of days for my CRPS so it's not really all that sedating to me. I do have a card for the mj and all of my doctors except for my pdoc know that I use it and that it helps me immensely.
Since I don't take anything for my anxiety and it is so high right now, I guess you are right that I should contact my pdoc tomorrow.

I smoke CBD dominant marijuana (I have a medical card, too), but I mix it with a little Indica to help me fall asleep. There are strains of it that are also good for pain and muscle spasms, so a lot of them are beneficial, too. You can talk to the people at your dispensary if you are interested in trying that.
Right now, I haven't been smoking any CBD because the only kind I have tastes gross, and I really need Indica to help me slow down and sleep because of the mania, but it is still taking care of my spasticity. I know I need my Klonopin for anxiety, especially in the morning when it's at it's highest. I hope you do reach out to your pdoc today |

I don't have a dispensary anywhere near where I live so I have to grow my own. I have so much left over from my grow last year that I have decided not to grow this year, and by the time I do run out, there will be a new dispensary in town. When that happens, I will ask them what they have that is good for my situation beyond CBD dominant strains.
I have therapy on Wednesday. Since classes have just started, and I am home alone, I believe that is where most of my anxiety is coming from. I am going to wait until my appointment Wednesday before contacting my pdoc unless it gets worse today or tomorrow.

I changed my mind. I called my pdoc and he is going to squeeze me in later this afternoon. It's a good thing that I called today. Otherwise he is off until the end of October.

Just got back from my pdoc appointment. Since I am still having difficulties falling asleep he has asked me to start taking 150mg of trazodone instead of the 50mg I have been taking. He's also starting me on 1mg of ativan for my anxiety. I hope that this will help.

I think that both of these changes will help you. It sounds like you have a really good pdoc... I'm so glad that you called
Please be careful drinking when you have taken Ativan (ie/ don't drink too close to when you have taken it)... it is a strong med |

I feel like a complete failure. I started classes on Monday and already had one paper due and another one due by Sunday. I just don't feel I am ready for this course. I turned in my one paper on time but feel I did a horrible job at it. I have another paper due by Sunday that I should be able to do, but the next paper, due next week, is supposed to be between 1500 and 2000 words long on how we have learned to write. I just don't feel I can do it. I currently have about 400 words and I can probably expand it some, but no way can I make it to the 1500 word minimum.
My therapist thinks that school just might not be for me and asked if it is too late to drop my courses. I contacted the financial aid office this morning to find out what the penalty would be if I dropped out now because I just don't think I can do it.
