Just wanted to let everyone know that I am still here and doing okay, deeply depressed but doing okay. I will be trying to catch up on post sometime soon.

Don't worry about catching up. Just check in when you want to talk, and read and post when you feel up to it

I'm so glad that you are okay, but I'm sorry to hear that you are so deeply depressed

Is somebody covering for your pdoc while he/she is away?
Do you have another appointment with your therapist coming up soon?
