The red beans and rice recipe was BAD... too much wrong with it for me to really save it. It was very disappointing after 1 1/2 hours prepping and cooking, but sometimes that happens when you try a new recipe. I forget what we ate instead.

Pretty much all I've been doing is sleeping or fighting off sleep.
Since gabapentin is sedating, and I don't need as much because I'm not hypo or manic, I tried cutting my dose by another 100mg (to a total of 700mg) last night, and hopefully that will help.

I'm WAY behind on my cleaning. It's not because I don't think it needs to be done, or I don't want to do it, as much as it's I'm so f'ing tired all the time. I'm going to make myself clean the BR today. I have a really early 7am doctor's appointment tomorrow, so maybe I can get some more cleaning done afterwards.

I have errands to run today. Not looking forward to going out because it's raining... and of course, I'm tired

Despite having D Monday night into Tuesday morning, I made it to my 7am appointment. I finally did a little cleaning, too. So, it was a long day.

As far as my fatigue/sleeping, I don't think it's can really be categorized as playing catch up at this point. It may be that I have come down from a long period of mania, and I'm having a hard time readjusting to my normal life with MS again. It may just be a matter of perspective. I have to get used to the fact that I need this amount of sleep again, but there may be a bit more to it as well.

I was supposed to go grocery shopping today, but I don't feel like I'm awake/alert enough to drive. I have one thing to cook for dinner. Corey won't be excited about it, but TS.

I woke up this morning with an anxiety attack AND diarrhea... what a combination! And what a wonderful way to start the day!!!
I could only take 1 1/2 mg of Klonopin because I have to drive later this morning, and it's not enough. And I'm still waiting for the Imodium to work.

I realized yesterday that I was so off because my chronic sinusitis has turned into an acute infection. So, I'm a mess.
I'm sick of doctor's appointments and tests, but I have an appointment with the NP later this morning. At least this will be easy to fix/treat.

I have to find a way to drag myself through the grocery store afterwards.

Buddy keeps throwing up everywhere. Our quilt is in the closet waiting to be washed because he puked all over it. And when Corey went to go to bed last night, he found a HUGE pile of it on the comforter I put on the bed to replace it. Our vet said that almost every time cats come in because they're throwing up, it's because of hairballs. So, I bought Greenie's hairball treats, but they haven't helped. So, I bought hairball paste, which he won't eat. I don't know what to do, but I'm really tired of cleaning up puke.

I hope the NP is on the ball and helps you.

I'm sorry the kitty is throwing up. Mine when he throws up its because
he either ate to fast or to much. I only know that because its almost
always right after he ate.

But that of course doesn't make it any easier.

I sure hope the np helps with the sinus problems.

Can you tell a difference in your MS when you get a treatment or is it to prevent future relapses?

I did have a Tysabri infusion (for MS) on the 5th. I will go again next month on the 3rd because it's a monthly treatment. It's just a preventative medication, so I don't feel any different afterwards, except it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I've been taking Tysabri off and on since 2010 when the medication was new.

I guess I have an infection in my left ear in addition to the sinus infection... 10 days of antibiotics, and I should be fine. I should be taking something for my allergies, but I haven't decided what yet. I don't like the idea of taking anything. I'm taking sooooooo many meds already.

I made it through the grocery store after my appointment, and went to take a nap right after I got home. I managed to get myself out of bed about 3 hours later.

I was going to go to the laundromat today to wash the quilt and comforter, but Corey told me not to bother since we can just bring the quilt with us when we do laundry on Sunday. He told me to stay home since I'm not feeling well. Sounds good to me
